These terms apply when you use neekliveacademy.com, join the free Neek Live Academy Discord, or buy coaching from Neek Live Academy ("we", "us"). By using the site or our programs, you agree to them.
1. Education only, no guaranteed results
Neek Live Academy teaches how to sell on TikTok Shop LIVE. Everything we share is for educational purposes. Any sales numbers, screenshots or examples are our own past results and are not typical or a promise of what you will earn. Your results depend on your effort, your products, your audience, the market and factors outside our control. We are not financial, legal or tax advisors.
2. Not affiliated with TikTok
Neek Live Academy is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance. TikTok's own rules, requirements and eligibility (for example follower minimums for LIVE selling) can change at any time.
3. The free Discord
The Discord is free and provided as is. We may change, pause or close it, and we may remove anyone who harasses others, spams, shares other members' information or breaks Discord's rules. Discord's own terms also apply.
4. 1-on-1 coaching
Coaching is by application only, and we may accept or decline any application. If you're accepted, we'll agree the price, scope and schedule with you before you pay. Payment is processed through Whop, and Whop's terms apply to the purchase. Refunds, rescheduling and cancellations follow the terms we agree with you at the time of purchase.
5. Our content
Scripts, trainings, videos and other materials we share are for your personal use. Please don't resell, republish or share them outside the academy without our permission.
6. Your responsibilities
You're responsible for your own TikTok account, the products you sell, following TikTok Shop's policies and any laws that apply to your business, including taxes.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any lost profits, account restrictions or indirect damages arising from your use of the site, the Discord or coaching. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
