This policy explains what information Neek Live Academy ("we", "us") collects when you visit neekliveacademy.com, join our free Discord, or apply for coaching, and how we use it.

What we collect

  • Information you give us: your first name and email address when you join the free Discord, and your name, email, phone number and TikTok follower count when you apply for coaching.
  • Information collected automatically: basic technical data such as your browser type, device, pages visited and approximate location, gathered through cookies and similar tools on our website platform.
  • Payment information: if you buy coaching, payment is handled by our payment provider (Whop). We do not see or store your full card details.

How we use it

  • To send you the Discord invite and emails about Neek Live Academy, including tips, updates and offers.
  • To review coaching applications and contact you by email, text or phone about booking a call.
  • To run, secure and improve the website.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with services that help us run the academy, such as systeme.io (website and email), Whop (payments and memberships) and Discord (community). Each handles your data under its own privacy policy. We may also share information if the law requires it.

Emails and texts

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time with the link at the bottom of every email. If we text you about your application, you can reply STOP to opt out.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you are subscribed or working with us, and for as long as needed for legal or accounting reasons. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal information, and to object to how we use it. To make a request, email us at the address below.

Children
